The real opening page, word for word. 6 parts in total.
Part 1: Lesson 1 - Why a set time
Welcome to the course. Over six short text lessons you will build an evening routine for a busy mind, in your own words, and a plan for adjusting it when life gets in the way. Each lesson takes about 15 to 20 minutes to read and a few minutes to put into practice. There are printable pages in each lesson, and a cheat sheet at the end of Lesson 6.
What this course does and does not do
It does: explain each part of a worry-time routine in plain English, show worked examples for three different lifestyles (a shift worker, a parent and a student), and help you write a routine that fits your real evenings.
It does not: treat, diagnose or cure anything, and it is not therapy. It is a wind-down habit and a set of general self-help techniques, the kind found in many books and workshops. It does not promise a certain result, including better sleep. You are the expert on your own evenings. Take what is useful and leave the rest.
