The promise
Every paid product and every All-Access plan comes with a 30-day money-back promise. If it is not for you, you get your money back. No forms, no reasons needed.
How to ask
- Email hello@wholelifehq.com within 30 days of the purchase.
- Use the email address you paid with, or include it, so we can find the order. A line from your Stripe receipt helps.
- We confirm by reply within one working day and send the refund to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.
What happens to the product
A refunded product leaves your library. For All-Access, a refund in the first 30 days ends the plan and returns the full payment; after that you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
The small print, kept small
- One refund per product per person. We trust people; we only decline when the same account refunds the same thing again.
- Free products are free; there is nothing to refund.
- Everything here is digital. Nothing is mailed, so there is nothing to send back.
- Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under US law or the law where you live.
