What you buy
- Every product is digital: you read it online in your library and can print it. Nothing is mailed.
- A single product is yours to keep for as long as the shop exists. If we ever close, we will give notice and time to download what you bought.
- All-Access is a subscription, monthly or yearly. It includes every paid product while it is active, renews automatically, and can be cancelled any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Using what you buy
- You may read, print and use the products for yourself and your household. Print as many copies as your family needs.
- You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files or their text, or use them in a product or service you sell.
- Your account is for you. Please do not share your login.
Refunds
Every paid product and plan has a 30-day money-back promise. The details are on the Refunds page.
What our products are, and are not
Our guides are general information written in plain words. They are not medical, legal, financial, veterinary or other professional advice, and they do not replace a professional who knows your situation. Where a product has been reviewed by a named expert, the product page says so; where it has not, the page says that too.
Your account and data
What we keep and why is on the Privacy page. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new terms apply to purchases made after that date. Purchases you already made keep the terms you bought under.
