What we keep
- Your account: your first name, email address, and a scrambled version of your password (we never see or store the password itself).
- Your library and progress: what you saved, started or bought, and which lessons you finished, so they follow you to any device.
- Orders: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
What stays on your device
Your bag, saved items, recently viewed products and the My HQ trackers are kept in your browser. If you are not logged in, they never leave your device. You can clear them any time in your account settings or by clearing your browser data.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not show you third-party ads on this site.
- We only email you about your account and orders, unless you ask for more.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Nothing else is needed to use the shop.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete everything we hold about you. Deleting your account removes your library access, so download anything you want to keep first.
