Part 1: Start here
The first hour after you wake up sets a tone. Not a rule, and not a magic. Just a tone. Some mornings you wake up already behind, with someone calling your name or an alarm you did not want. This planner is for those mornings, and for the ones where you have a little more room. It helps you design a first hour that is gentle, realistic and yours.
It is not a "5 am club" plan. There are no cold showers and no ten-step routines. You will choose two or three small things you can do in your first hour, put them in a sensible order, and keep a fallback for the days that fall apart.
What you get
A written guide with printable pages and filled-in examples. Print on US Letter or save as PDF. There is no app and no editable file.

- Part 3 is the planner: your own first-hour plan, a two-week log and a "bad morning" fallback card.
