Part 1: Start here
Most of the paperwork of a life comes with a date attached: a dentist visit in March, a car registration in June, a subscription that renews in August, a warranty that ends in the middle of a winter. The trouble is that the dates live in different places. Some are in your email, some are on paper in a drawer, and some are only in your head. The Appointment and Admin Tracker puts them in one place, with a simple routine for looking at it.
It is a paper system. You print the pages, fill them in once, and then spend about ten minutes a month keeping them current.
What you get
A written guide with printable pages and a filled-in example. Print on US Letter or save as PDF. There is no app, no account and no editable file.
