Part 1: How to use this workbook
Welcome. This is a 21-day workbook of small, practical actions for building confidence through practice. Each day asks for one small brave thing, usually five to fifteen minutes, and a few lines of notes.
The idea is simple. Confidence for many people is less a feeling you wait for and more a record you build: "I did the slightly uncomfortable thing, and I was okay afterward." This workbook helps you build that record in small steps.
What this workbook does and does not do
It does:
- Give you 21 daily actions, each small enough to do on a normal day.
- Give you a printable page for sorting "what they think" from "what I know".
- Give you scripts for saying no and for asking for things, which you can change into your own words.
- Give you a social-energy log, so you can see which situations drain you and which feel easier.
- Give you a recovery routine for the moments after an awkward conversation.
- Show you a fully worked example, so you can see how much to write.
