Part 1: Start here, and Lesson 1: Appointment prep

Welcome to The Calm Planning Course. It is six short written lessons for organizing appointments, records, weekly routines, energy and support. It was designed for life with a PCOS diagnosis, and the system works just as well for anyone who wants their care and their week to feel less scattered.

What this course does and does not do

It does: teach you a simple planning system in six lessons. Each lesson has a short explanation, one exercise you can do in about 20 minutes, and printable pages you can copy from the text. There are three worked examples (with invented people) and a one-page cheat sheet at the end.

It does not: diagnose, treat or interpret anything. It has no meal plans, no food rules, no weight goals and no promises about hormones, cycles or fertility. It will not tell you what your symptoms mean. Anything medical appears only as a question to ask your clinician, because your clinician knows your history and this course does not.
