What this checklist does and does not do
It does:

It does not:
- Guarantee that any company will restore an account. Some locked accounts cannot be recovered, especially if the recovery email, phone number and saved codes are all gone. This checklist improves your odds and keeps you organized. It cannot promise a result.
- Replace the help pages of the company you are dealing with. Companies change their screens and rules often. When this checklist and the company's own page disagree, follow the company's page.
